CrossFit WOD

By combining movement instruction, a group warmup, a Workout of the Day (WoD), and accessory/mobility/cool down work, you get a full body workout in a time-efficient 60 minute class. We offer scaling options for all skill and fitness levels.

 

Saturday WOD

Offered select Saturday (usually 2 per month), our Saturday workout is free for all Members. We focus on a quicker, more body-weight based set of movements for these works. For a great start to your weekend, drop in for a 45 minute class with a group warmup and workout included!

Open (Power) Lift

Offering 5 self-directed lifting workouts a week following well-known lifting cycles, this strength and mobility option can take you the “extra mile.” These openings are for athletes of all skill level, but with at least one year of lifting experience.

 

Yoga

Offered a couple times a month after our Saturday WOD, Yoga for Athletes is a basic into to yoga/stretching/mobility and a great way to loosen up for the weekend! Lead by Heather of Balanced Movement, and free for Double Diamond Members.
