CLASSES
CrossFit WOD
By combining movement instruction, a group warmup, a Workout of the Day (WoD), and accessory/mobility/cool down work, you get a full body workout in a time-efficient 60 minute class. We offer scaling options for all skill and fitness levels.
Saturday WOD
Offered select Saturday (usually 3-4 per month), our Saturday workout is free for all Members. We focus on a quicker, more body-weight based set of movements for these works. For a great start to your weekend, drop in for a 45 minute class with a group warmup and workout included!
Open Gym (Saturday)
Miss a workout during the week or want to work on a specific skill/lift? We offer open gym for the intermediate/advanced athlete, included at no cost with our Unlimited membership level, on Saturday from 11-5.

Evolution Barbell Club
Double Diamond CrossFit is now home of Evolution Barbell Club! Interested in trying Olympic Weightlifting or Powerlifting? Come check us out! You don't need any experience to get started, whether you want to compete or just gain some strength and skills.
